The Challenge
Create a comprehensive medical travel marketplace that serves patients globally in their native languages, provides detailed treatment and clinic information, handles reservations and payments, while maintaining excellent SEO across all 13 supported languages with proper hreflang tags and localized URLs.
Our Solution
Built a full-stack monorepo using npm workspaces with React + Vite frontend and Express + Prisma backend. Implemented advanced i18n with i18next supporting RTL languages, dynamic slug translation system with history tracking for SEO, JSON-LD structured data, and comprehensive sitemap generation. Created reusable packages for locales, SEO, and i18n utilities.
